The Uniview IPC2128LE-ADF28(40)KM-H is an 8MP fixed IR mini bullet network camera with a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor and 120 dB true WDR for strong-light scenes. Smart IR reaches up to 50 m, the graphene-and-metal body is IP67-rated for −30 °C to 60 °C outdoor use, and a built-in mic plus MicroSD slot (up to 512 GB) support local audio and edge recording over a single PoE cable. It ships with two fixed lenses: 2.8 mm (ADF28, 98.7° wide view) or 4.0 mm (ADF40, 83.1° longer-reach view).

Smart IR up to 50 m (164.0 ft.) at 850 nm. The camera watches without lighting up the scene — nothing shows it is recording. This model has Smart IR only; there is no warm-light illuminator.
