This is a single-lens 16X PTZ dome, not a panoramic-linkage unit — it has one zooming view, not a simultaneous 360° overview. If you need full-scene panorama plus a separate zoom channel in one housing, choose a panoramic-linkage PTZ instead.
Power is DC 12 V or PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) only, max. 23 W — check that your PoE switch port actually delivers PoE+ budget before relying on Ethernet-only power at the pole.
