The IPC6624SR-X25-VD2 is a 4MP X25 network PTZ dome camera built around a 4.8-120 mm motorized lens (25× optical, 8× digital zoom) that swings from a 53.90° wide overview down to a 3.00° tight telephoto field, reaching DORI Detect distances up to 2407.5 m. UNV Large Model auto tracking accurately identifies and continuously tracks motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians — even through occlusion, multi-target crossing or high-speed motion — while smart intrusion prevention (cross line, enter/leave area, intrusion detection) applies classification-based false-alarm filtering. The camera adds 120 dB true WDR, Wise-ISP low-light processing, heatwave reduction, adaptive defog, 200 m smart IR illumination, IP67/IK10 protection and -40 °C to 70 °C operation, powered by DC 24 V, AC 24 V or PoE (IEEE 802.3at).

  • Network interface is 1× RJ45 10M/100M Base-TX, not Gigabit — plan bandwidth carefully if this unit shares an uplink with several other high-bitrate streams.
  • This is a single-channel optical PTZ (one visible-light zoom lens, no thermal channel, no stitched panoramic sensor) — for combined 360° panorama plus long-zoom detail in one housing, look at panoramic-linkage models instead.
  • Alarm I/O is 2 in / 1 out — limited if the site needs many external sensors or relays wired directly into the camera.
  • 5.18 kg / Ø227×390 mm housing needs a rated PTZ pole, wall or pendant bracket — not a light camera arm.
