Not the right pick if you need…

No zoom on the fixed panorama channel — it is locked at 2.8 mm. If you need to zoom into any part of the wide view (not only the linked target), a full multi-sensor panoramic model is a better fit.
Only IP66 sealing and no IK-rated impact resistance is listed — not the choice for high-vandalism sites; pick an IK10-rated model instead.
Pan range is 0° to 345° and tilt -10° to 100° — not a continuously rotating dome. If you need endless 360° pan, choose a different PTZ series.
Detail-channel zoom tops out at 4× (2.8-12 mm) — for long-range (150 m+) identification tasks, a higher-zoom PTZ camera will serve better.
