Not the right pick if you need…

No PoE on this class of machine — it needs a dedicated DC 24 V or DC 36 V supply (max. 135 W). Plan power cabling and a suitable outdoor PSU at the pole before ordering.
12.5 kg and Φ380 mm: this is a heavy-duty unit that needs the dedicated Tiangong brackets (pole / pendant / wall) and a rigid pole — not a light camera arm.
The panorama channel has no WDR and no zoom — harsh backlight scenes and distant detail are the detail channel's job. If all you need is simple zoom patrol, a classic single-lens PTZ costs far less.
