What we collect

• Information you send us — when you submit a form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp: your name, company, country, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, and any project information you choose to share (such as a BOM, drawings or requirements).
• Analytics data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, review BOMs, and provide the services you request.
• To improve this website.
• We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing messages you have not asked for.

How forms are processed

Each form on this site gives you two ways to reach us, and they are handled differently:

• Send (the orange button) — your entry is transmitted over HTTPS to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards it to our inbox at [email protected]. Web3Forms acts as a processor and does not use your data for its own purposes. Along with what you type, we receive the page you submitted from and the site language you were using, so we can reply in the right language and context. You will see an on-screen confirmation when it has actually been delivered — if you do not see it, we did not receive it.
• Send on WhatsApp (the outlined button) — this does not send anything to us by itself. It opens WhatsApp with your entries pre-filled as a draft message; the data goes to WhatsApp / Meta under their own privacy terms only once you press send inside WhatsApp.

Project documents you send us (BOMs, drawings, tender files) are treated as confidential, used only to prepare our response to you, and never shared with third parties except suppliers or logistics providers when strictly necessary to fulfil your request — and only with your knowledge.

The AI assistant on this site

This site runs an AI chat assistant supplied by ozstaff.ai. If you open it and type a message, that conversation is processed by ozstaff.ai on our behalf and is visible to us, so that we can follow up on real enquiries. Treat it like any other online chat: it is useful for questions about products, lead times and how we work, but please do not paste passwords, bank details or anything else confidential into it. If you would rather not use it, simply ignore the chat bubble — every page also gives you a normal form, an email address and a WhatsApp number.

Cookies

This site sets Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) when you arrive, to count visits and see which pages are used. We do not use advertising or re-targeting cookies, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time, or install Google's opt-out add-on, without losing any functionality on this site.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the date above.
