How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, review BOMs, and provide the services you request.

How forms are processed

Website forms are delivered to us via Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and arrive in our email inbox. Project documents you send us (BOMs, drawings, tender files) are treated as confidential, used only to prepare our response to you, and never shared with third parties except suppliers or logistics providers when strictly necessary to fulfil your request — and only with your knowledge.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
