1. About this website

This website is operated by Zhengzhou Huamai Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91410100MA449LL32Y), Zhengzhou, Henan, China, trading internationally as AtlasCommTech. Product information on this site is prepared carefully from manufacturer documentation, but specifications may change without notice — the datasheet confirmed at order time governs.

2. Quotations and orders

• Prices shown or quoted are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation or Proforma Invoice (PI).
• Every order is governed by its PI / sales contract, which states the exact models, quantities, prices, Incoterms (typically FOB Shenzhen unless agreed otherwise), lead time and payment terms (typically T/T to our company bank account — verify the beneficiary name matches the legal entity above before paying).
• Sample orders are welcome and are the recommended way to start.

3. Warranty summary

• Zhongxin Shutong industrial switches: up to 5-year warranty as stated on the product page.
• Other brands (Uniview, Uniarch, etc.): manufacturer warranty for the product line, stated in your PI.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover lightning/surge damage without protection, water ingress beyond the IP rating, incorrect supply voltage, physical damage, or unauthorized modification.

4. DOA & RMA process

1. Report a dead-on-arrival or faulty unit on WhatsApp or email with the order number, serial number, and a short video showing the fault.
2. We first attempt remote diagnosis — many "faults" are configuration issues we can fix the same day at no cost.
3. If hardware is confirmed faulty, we issue an RMA number with return instructions. Confirmed warranty faults are repaired or replaced; replacements for DOA units ship with your next order or separately by agreement.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing on this website constitutes engineering certification of your installation; final system design responsibility rests with the installing party, though we stand behind the review and design work we deliver.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, engineering notes, images we created) belongs to us or our licensors. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages freely.

7. Governing law

These terms and any order contract are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China unless your PI states otherwise. Disputes are first resolved by good-faith negotiation.
