The IPC6324LWH-AX5C-VG2 is a PTZ dome camera with a 1/1.8-inch 4MP CMOS sensor and a 5X optical-zoom lens (2.7 to 13.5 mm), delivering a 2688×1520 main stream at up to 30 fps in Ultra 265, H.265, H.264 or MJPEG. Wise-ISP ColorHunter processing optimizes color, detail and smear in extremely low light down to 0.0005 lux, while up to 120 dB WDR handles harsh backlight. Smart intrusion prevention supports cross-line and intrusion detection with human/vehicle-based false-alarm filtering, and auto tracking locks onto and follows people (human-only target filtering). A 40 m warm light with auto/manual control replaces conventional IR for full-color night capture, and the camera pans 0° to 345° / tilts -10° to 100° with 1024 presets and 16 patrols. Power is DC 12 V or PoE (IEEE 802.3at), housed to IP66.

IP66, not IP67 — this housing is rated against water jets and dust ingress but not full submersion; it is not the pick for a mount that could be flooded or submerged.
Auto tracking targets people only — there is no vehicle-tracking mode, so a site that mainly needs to follow moving vehicles should look at a different model.
No PoE+ or high-power PTZ heater is listed — power draw tops out at 25.4 W over DC 12 V or PoE (802.3at); an installer in extreme cold should confirm heater behavior is adequate for the site before relying on it as a primary deicing solution.
