Overview
The ZJIES3000D-24GT4GB is an industrial managed Gigabit Ethernet switch with 24 × 10/100/1000Base-T ports and 4 × 1000Base-X SFP fiber slots — the highest port count in the ZJIES3000D DIN-rail switch series. It offers full management — QoS, VLAN, IGMP Snooping/GMRP, Port Trunking, SNMP v1/v2/v3 — and multiple ring-redundancy protocols (STP/RSTP/MSTP/ERPS/ZJRing) for high reliability and interoperability. Its wide-temperature, EMC-hardened design meets demanding industrial field conditions, well suited for building large fully-gigabit self-healing ring networks.
Is This the Right Fit?
Six real deployment scenarios matched to this model's actual datasheet specifications.
High-Density CCTV & PLC Aggregation Uplink24 × 10/100/1000Base-T ports plus 4 × 1000Base-X SFP fiber slots make this the highest port-count model in the ZJIES3000D DIN-rail series, aggregating a large local camera or PLC cluster onto one switch before uplinking over fiber.
Factory Production-Line Ring NetworkSTP/RSTP/MSTP, ERPS (G.8032), and the private ZJRing protocol (self-healing <10ms) let all 24 copper ports and 4 fiber uplinks participate in a resilient managed ring for factory or campus production lines.
DIN-Rail Cabinet InstallationDIN-rail (or wall-mount) design with selectable DC 24V (12–36V) / DC 48V (36–56V) dual-redundant or AC 220V (100–240V) input fits directly inside a compact electrical cabinet alongside PLC and control gear.
Extreme-Temperature Outdoor CabinetThe wide-temperature build operates from -40 to +75°C with strong EMC immunity (EN61000-4-2/3/4/5/6/8 Level 3), suited to unheated outdoor cabinets facing seasonal extremes while keeping all 28 ports online.
Tunnel & Substation M&E Redundant PowerDC 24V/48V dual-redundant power input plus reverse-polarity and overload protection keeps the switch running if one feed fails — suited to tunnel, substation, or other electromechanical rooms where a single power interruption cannot be tolerated.
Fanless Silent Equipment RoomFully fanless IP40 metal enclosure with passive convection cooling keeps all 24 copper ports and 4 SFP fiber slots running silently in noise-sensitive control rooms or monitoring centers, with no moving parts to fail.
Not a good fit if:
- Standard package does not include SFP optical transceiver modules — order separately to activate the 4 fiber ports.
- IP40 enclosure only — needs a cabinet or additional protection for direct outdoor rain/dust exposure.
- No PoE output on the 24 copper ports — for camera or AP power delivery over the same cable, choose a PoE-enabled model in this series.

Custom & OEM →24-Port Managed Industrial Switch FAQ — ZJIES3000D-24GT4GB
How many devices can I connect to the ZJIES3000D-24GT4GB?
It offers 24 x 10/100/1000Base-T copper ports for end devices plus 4 x 1000Base-X SFP fiber slots for uplinks — 28 gigabit ports, the highest count in the ZJIES3000D DIN-rail series. That covers a full cabinet of cameras, controllers or workstations from a single switch.
What is the power consumption and how is it powered?
Maximum consumption is 20 W for all 28 ports. Power comes from DC 24V (12-36V) or DC 48V (36-56V) dual redundant inputs on 4-pin terminals, or a single AC 220V input covering 100-240V, with reverse-polarity and overload protection and a 2-pin alarm terminal.
Can it build a self-healing fiber ring for large sites?
Yes — that is its intended role. STP/RSTP/MSTP, ERPS per ITU-T G.8032 and the ZJRing self-healing ring are supported, and the 4 SFP slots provide the fiber ports to close large gigabit rings while still leaving spare uplinks toward the core.
What management and traffic control features does it have?
Full management includes QoS (802.1p), 802.1Q VLAN, IGMP Snooping/GMRP multicast control, LACP port trunking, 802.1X authentication and LLDP. Administration runs over SNMP v1/v2/v3, web, Telnet or the RS-232 console at 9600 bps, with DHCP client and password login.
Is it rugged enough for outdoor cabinets and factories?
The wide-temperature version runs from -40 to +75 C (storage to +85 C) at 5-95% non-condensing humidity, on a DIN-rail mount. EMC immunity reaches EN61000-4 level 3 and the unit passes IEC60068 shock, free-fall and vibration tests, with CE, FCC and RoHS compliance.
