Our industrial networking line is built on a dedicated SMT production line with an in-house testing lab — not bought from a trading market. This page shows the production floor, the test bench and the quality system your order goes through.
Placement, inspection and assembly under one roof — in a climate-controlled clean room.
The line runs automatic solder-paste printing, high-speed pick-and-place machines, AOI optical inspection and reflow soldering, followed by DIP through-hole assembly and a 6-meter final assembly line. Placement capability reaches 008004 chips and 0.35 mm BGA pitch — the same class of process used for carrier-grade telecom boards.
Both clean rooms hold 20–26 °C year-round with humidity between 30 % and 70 % RH and dust fall below 0.008 g/m² per 30 days — because solder-joint reliability starts with the environment the board is built in.
Every claim on our datasheets can be reproduced on our own bench.
Beyond the lab, our industrial-line flagship models also hold third-party test reports from a state-grade electric power research institute and national network-access licenses — see Certifications below.
Nine control points from raw material to sealed carton. Here are the six a buyer should care about.
Supplier discipline is enforced, not assumed: bottom-10 % performers enter corrective-action plans, unannounced flying audits cover 40 % of annual supplier reviews, and two consecutive quarters above defect thresholds trigger replacement sourcing.
Third-party certified management systems and product licenses — copies available on request with a confirmed order.
We publish certification names rather than scanned certificates to protect factory identity in a competitive OEM market — every document can be shown to serious buyers during order confirmation.
If your automation project needs a switch that catalogs don't sell — we build it.
Factory automation lines speak more than Ethernet: our platform supports the industrial protocols below natively, and our engineering team adapts port maps, power inputs and firmware behaviour to your PLC environment.
What we customize: Port combinations (copper/SFP counts), power inputs (DC 24/48 V dual, AC 220 V), wide-temperature builds, conformal coating, ProfiNet/EtherNet-IP/MODBUS TCP priority profiles, private-label branding for volume buyers, and firmware feature tailoring.
Product families available for custom builds: Industrial PoE switches · Layer-3 industrial switches · TSN time-sensitive switches · industrial NAT routers · ProfiNet-priority switches · EtherCAT branch modules for multi-axis machine networking · serial device servers (RS-232/485) · IoT gateways / environment monitoring hosts · industrial fiber media converters · E1 protection-channel switching units.
How it works: Send your topology or BOM on WhatsApp → our engineer replies with a feasibility read and a spec proposal → sample build and test report → volume production on the line shown above. Typical sample lead time is discussed per project — no obligation at the feasibility stage.
OEM samples ship in neutral casing in small batches — test the build quality with your own hands before you put your brand on it.
The same production line has been shipping into infrastructure projects since 2021.
These are infrastructure networks where acceptance tests cannot fail — the strongest evidence that the same hardware will hold up in your project.
See project track record →Topology, BOM or just a rough idea — an engineer (not a sales script) reads it and replies with options and honest limits.
Every claim below is backed by test reports and certificates. Full certificate copies are available on request via WhatsApp — for corporate buyers we share them as part of the quotation package.
