Our standard is corporate bank-to-bank transfer (T/T to our company account — the same legal entity shown in the footer). For other or special payment arrangements, talk to us on WhatsApp and we will agree it per order. Exact receiving details are always confirmed one-to-one; we never post account details on the site.

FOB Shenzhen by default. We ship worldwide by air or sea and can work with your forwarder or arrange one. In-stock models arrive at your designated warehouse within 3 days after payment; out-of-stock or insufficient-stock items take 7–15 working days. We confirm before you pay. No cash-on-delivery. If you prefer, we can also quote a delivered price to your designated warehouse in China — your forwarder handles the international leg.

No rigid MOQ for standard items — we source against confirmed orders, so we can start with a pilot quantity. For OEM/custom builds a minimum applies, which we tell you upfront.

Industrial switches carry a 5-year warranty with MTBF 320,000 hours. Other product lines follow the manufacturer's standard warranty. We provide remote support for configuration and troubleshooting throughout.

You are not on your own after the boxes arrive. Installation: we guide your team step by step over WhatsApp and remote sessions. Commissioning: your side sets up remote access locally and our engineer configures and debugs the system with you. Operation: support is local + remote — and if your team has basic skills, we train them up so you depend on us less over time. With your authorization, we run scheduled remote health inspections. Failures: critical spare parts are designed into the project BOQ from day one (sized to your model selection and budget), so a faulty unit is swapped on site the same day instead of waiting weeks for international shipping — the faulty unit is then handled under its warranty. Need regular on-site visits? We can recruit and vet local maintenance personnel in your city, working to our standards.
