A rack switch is not just a wider desktop unit: it shares the cabinet earth, it is reachable only by whoever holds the key, and it is where the fibre from the rest of the site terminates.
Three groups live on this page. Before you specify, check three lines on the model page. Rack units: a 16-port PoE machine is 1U, but a 24-port 400W machine may need clearance and airflow above it. Power: the industrial and substation models run on DC and some accept dual redundant feeds — that is a tender requirement, not a nice-to-have. Uplinks: a site with more than two floors should aggregate on 10G SFP+ now rather than re-cable in two years. Our own-brand industrial rack switches carry a five-year warranty and an MTBF of 320,000 hours.

What is the minimum order quantity for rack switches?
None for standard units — order 2–3 samples, test them on your own site, then scale by air or LCL sea freight. MOQ only applies to OEM orders with your own logo and packaging.
Do I need a managed switch or will unmanaged do?
One cabinet, one NVR, cameras only — unmanaged is the right call and the cheaper one. You need managed the moment you want VLANs to separate CCTV from office traffic, ring redundancy so a cut fibre does not black out the site, SNMP into a monitoring system, or the ability to reboot one frozen camera from your desk. On a multi-building job, take managed at the aggregation layer and unmanaged at the edge.
Do you ship to Africa and Latin America?
Yes — small orders by air courier (typically under a week), volume by LCL sea freight with mixed cartons welcome. Voltage and plug types are verified against your country before packing, and every quote includes both freight options.
How do I get wholesale prices?
