The NSW3000-16T1GT1GC-LPOE-IN is a cloud managed 19-inch rack-mount Fast Ethernet low power PoE switch with 16 × 10/100Mbps RJ45 PoE ports (priority ports 1-8) plus a 1000Mbps RJ45 uplink (G2) and a 1000Mbps Combo RJ45/SFP uplink (G1/SFP1), self-developed by Uniview for lightweight Layer-2 management of camera networks in stores, supermarkets, enterprises and campuses. It delivers a 150 W total PoE budget (30 W max per port, IEEE 802.3af/at, Mode A/Mode B pinout) over a 7.2 Gbps switching fabric with 5.36 Mpps forwarding, a 4M bit packet buffer and a 16K MAC address table, cooled fanlessly and powered from a built-in AC 100–240V supply (165 W max). Through Uniview's cloud software and app, the switch auto-discovers connected video devices, builds a network topology, segments traffic across up to 32 VLANs, reports port abnormal alarms in real time, and lets an administrator check PoE status and remotely restart a hung camera's power without a site visit. The all-metal 440×189.8×44 mm 1U chassis (2.1 kg) runs fanless from 0°C to 45°C and is NDAA compliant.

How many cameras can the NSW3000-16T1GT1GC-LPOE-IN power?

What can I do through the cloud management?
Log in via web, app or QR code and manage several switches together: view device status and per-port PoE power draw, restart PoE on a port remotely, upgrade firmware, import/export configuration and export logs. The software shows up to 32 peer switches and 64 connected video devices on the same network.
Can it find my cameras and reboot one that hangs?
Yes. Auto topology discovers connected video devices and draws the network map in the software. If a camera freezes, open PoE management, check that port's power draw, and toggle its PoE supply off and on remotely — no ladder, no site visit. Unused ports' PoE can be disabled the same way.
