The range covers four families. DIN-rail unmanaged switches from 3 to 24 ports (ZJIES1000D) for cabinets and poles; managed L2 DIN-rail switches with ring redundancy and SNMP (ZJIES3000D); 19-inch rack industrial switches including IEC 61850-3 L2 and L3 machines for substations (ZJIES6028M); and the site-integration pieces installers always end up needing — fibre media converters (ZJIC200), serial device servers (ZJTS) and an EtherCAT branch module. Three sizing rules save most projects here. Count the ports you need today and add 30 % — a switch is the cheapest part of the cabinet to oversize. Past 100 m of copper, use an SFP fibre uplink instead of a repeater; it costs less than one truck roll. And where mains power is unstable, choose a DIN-rail model with dual 12–48 VDC inputs so a battery or solar bank can hold the link up while the grid is down.

What is the minimum order quantity for ethernet switches?
None for standard units — order 2–3 samples, test them on your own site, then scale by air or LCL sea freight. MOQ only applies to OEM orders with your own logo and packaging.
Do I need an industrial switch or will a normal one do?
Three things decide it. Temperature: a metal cabinet in direct sun passes 60 °C, and office switches are rated 0–40 °C. Power: DIN-rail models accept 12–48 VDC with redundant inputs, office models need clean mains. Vibration and dust: IP-rated, fanless, conformal-coated boards survive where a desktop unit does not. If any one of the three is true on your site, the DIN-rail or IEC 61850 versions on this page are cheaper over three years than replacing a commercial switch twice.
Do you ship to Africa and Latin America?
Yes — small orders by air courier (typically under a week), volume by LCL sea freight with mixed cartons welcome. Voltage and plug types are verified against your country before packing, and every quote includes both freight options.
