Overview
The ZJTS804 is an industrial serial device server that supports up to 4 RS-232/485 serial ports in flexible combinations, bridging legacy serial equipment to 10/100M Ethernet networks with remote WEB-browser configuration. It is powered by DC5V (5–24V wide range, via optional 220V-to-5V adapter) or AC220V (85–264VAC/77–300VDC), drawing a maximum of 4 W with reverse-polarity and overload protection, and is available in a standard -10~60°C or wide-temperature -40~75°C version. Housed in a compact IP40 metal enclosure for desktop or wall-mount installation, it carries a 5-year warranty.

How many serial devices can the ZJTS804 bring online?
Up to 4 RS-232/485 ports in flexible combinations, bridged onto a 10/100M auto-negotiating Ethernet network. Each port is independently configurable — data bits 5–8, five parity modes, 1–2 stop bits, 300 bps to 230.4 Kbps — so mixed legacy equipment can share one gateway.
Can I configure it remotely without visiting the site?
Yes — configuration is done remotely through a WEB browser, plus Telnet access over the network. Protocol support covers DHCP, TCP, UDP, IP, ICMP, ARP and Modbus TCP/IP, and the virtual COM driver for Windows NT through 11 maps each port to a local COM number for your existing software.
What are the power supply options and consumption?
Either DC5V with a 5–24V wide input range (via an optional 220V-to-5V adapter) or AC220V accepting 85–264VAC / 77–300VDC on a 3-pin terminal. Maximum draw is only 4 W, and reverse-polarity and overload protection are standard, so it tolerates rough cabinet wiring.
Does it survive electrically noisy industrial sites?
Yes. Every serial port has 15KV electromagnetic isolation, and the unit passes EN61000-4-2 (ESD), -4-3 (RS), -4-4 (EFT), -4-5 (Surge) and -4-6 (CS) at Level 3, plus IEC60068 shock, free-fall and vibration tests. MTBF is rated at 320,000 hours with a 5-year warranty.
What temperature versions and mounting options exist?
