Not Just a Supplier — a Technical Partner for Installers

Struggling to get CCTV cameras, PoE switches or APs locally? Buy factory-direct from China — with an engineer on your side, not just a sales chat.

Who You Are Actually Talking To

AtlasCommTech is run by an engineer with 18 years of hands-on network and security project experience in China — not a trading desk forwarding your messages to a factory.

Most installers in Africa and Latin America tell us the same three things: products are hard to source locally, technical information is even harder to get, and nobody teaches them how to move up to bigger projects. We built this company around exactly those three problems — factory-direct supply of cameras, PoE switches, NVRs and displays; specifications and honest answers published openly; and hands-on guidance from someone who has designed, quoted and delivered these projects for 18 years.

That is why every product page on this site carries full specifications, honest limitation notes ("who this is NOT for"), and an FAQ written for installers — the information you normally cannot get without begging a sales rep. Read first, then talk to us on WhatsApp.

Six Commitments to Every Partner

These are working rules, not marketing lines. Hold us to them.

Free BOM review within 48 hours

Send the equipment list for any project before you quote your client. An engineer checks compatibility, PoE budgets, bandwidth and over-spec waste — free, whether or not you buy from us.

No MOQ without branding

Custom logo and packaging carry minimum order quantities; standard products do not. Start with 2–3 sample units, test them on your own site and carrier, then scale. Mixed-model cartons are normal business for us.

An engineer answers, within 24 hours

Your WhatsApp questions are answered by someone who has installed, debugged and delivered these systems — camera counts, cable distances, band compatibility, storage math — not read from a script.

Regional versions verified before shipping

4G bands checked against your local carrier, power input checked against your grid, plugs and voltage confirmed — before anything ships, so nothing arrives unusable.

Spares travel in the same carton

For overseas partners we pack a small spares kit with the order, and NVRs can ship with disks installed, formatted and configured — a future repair becomes a ten-minute swap instead of an international freight problem.

We help you win the project, not just buy the box

Site survey checklists, design advice, product selection for hotels, offices, compounds and public Wi-Fi — the planning skills that separate an installer from an integrator. Ask, and we teach as we quote.

What Growing With Us Looks Like

One real example, because claims are cheap.

One of our partners in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania started out selling solar lights and fans. Over two-plus years of working together — product selection, project planning, technical backup on every job — he moved into security monitoring and WLAN/Wi-Fi coverage. Today he runs a permanent team of eight installers, keeps a steady pipeline of installations across office buildings and warehouses, and earns a stable monthly income in the $5,000–8,000 range.

The pattern we teach is simple and it works: keep two legs — local product sales for steady cash flow, and step-by-step capability building toward SME clients, then larger commercial and government projects. Relying on one leg alone is how small ICT businesses stay small.

How to Start — Three Steps

No forms, no commitment tiers. It starts with one message.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp: your country, your team size, what you sell and install today. An engineer replies within 24 hours with product suggestions matched to your market.
  2. Order 2–3 samples. Test them on your own site, your own carrier, your own NVR. We verify regional versions and compatibility before shipping.
  3. Scale at your pace: small batches by air or LCL sea freight, mixed cartons, spares included — and OEM branding when your volume is ready for it.

Questions New Partners Ask First

The honest versions, in writing.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard products: none — order 2–3 samples first, that is how we prefer to start. MOQ only applies when you want your own logo and packaging, and it varies by product; ask on WhatsApp for your specific case.

How do you ship to Africa and Latin America, and how long does it take?

Small and urgent orders go by air courier, typically days. Volume orders go by sea — LCL (shared container) when you do not fill a container, which keeps small batches affordable; typical sea transit is several weeks depending on your port. We quote both options with every order so you choose the trade-off.

Can you train me and my technicians?

Yes — that is the point of this program. Product configuration, site survey method, PoE and storage sizing, hotel and office Wi-Fi design: we teach through your real projects, over WhatsApp, as they happen. The buyer's guides on this site are the self-study half; your projects are the practice half.

I already sell other brands. Does that disqualify me?

No. Most partners start exactly there — selling whatever they can source locally. We usually begin by filling the gaps in your current lineup (products you struggle to get), then grow from what sells. Exclusivity is never a requirement to start.

How do I get prices?

On WhatsApp, within 24 hours: send the models you are interested in (or just your camera counts and site type) and you get a written wholesale quotation with shipping options to your country. We keep prices off the public site because freight, versions and volumes change the number — a real quote is more honest than a fake sticker.
