Overview

The ZJIES1000D-5T-DCL is an industrial unmanaged Fast Ethernet DIN-rail switch with 5 × 10/100Base-T copper ports. It is plug-and-play — no configuration required — with store-and-forward switching and a compact fanless metal enclosure (32×144×95 mm) on DIN-rail (wall-mount optional). Powered by DC 24V (12–36V) with redundant dual input with reverse-polarity and overload protection, it draws under 4 W, operates from -40 to +75°C and offers strong EMC immunity — ideal for compact cabinets and industrial edge sites where a simple, rugged, silent 100M switch is needed.

What does the ZJIES1000D-5T-DCL offer?

What do the -DCL, -DCH and -AC versions mean?
The suffix selects the power input: -DCL is DC 24V (12–36V range), -DCH is DC 48V (36–56V range), and -AC is AC 220V (100–240V range). The rest of the switch is the same, so order the suffix that matches the supply already available in your cabinet.
How is the DC power wired?
Through a 4-pin terminal with dual redundant input: connect two independent DC 24V feeds and the switch keeps running if one drops. Reverse-polarity and overload protection guard against wiring mistakes, and maximum consumption is just 4 W, easy on solar or battery-backed sites.
Does it work without any configuration?
Yes — it is unmanaged and plug-and-play. There is no console, no web page and no firmware to maintain; wire the power terminal, plug in up to 5 Ethernet cables and the LEDs for power and link confirm everything is passing traffic.
