Overview
The Uniarch SW-2110-LP is an unmanaged desktop PoE switch with 10 × 100Mbps ports — 8 PoE ports (IEEE 802.3af/at, up to 30 W each, 60 W total) plus 2 uplink ports. Three switchable working modes cover real sites: Normal, Secure (downlink ports isolated, talking only to uplinks) and Surveillance, which extends PoE transmission up to 250 m for far cameras. A fanless all-metal housing and NDAA compliance make it a simple, quiet power-and-data hub for small camera systems.
Key Features
- Multiple working modes to address your business needs: Normal, Secure and Surveillance
- Support port traffic control
- Secure mode: all downlink ports communicate only with uplink ports
- Up to 250 m transmission distance in Surveillance mode
- Support buffer optimization
- All-metal housing, safe and reliable

Talk to an engineer →8-Port PoE Switch FAQ — SW-2110-LP
How many cameras can the SW-2110-LP run at once?
All 8 PoE ports can power cameras simultaneously from the shared 60W budget — about 7.5W average per port. Typical fixed IP cameras draw 4–12W, so add up your camera loads before filling all 8 ports; any single port can still deliver up to 30W. Ports 9–10 are non-PoE uplinks.
What is the maximum PoE distance to a camera?
Switch the unit to Surveillance (EXTEND) mode and PoE transmission extends up to 250 m per run, covering far gates and perimeter poles without extra midspans. All 10 ports are 100 Mbps, enough bandwidth for the compressed video streams of an 8-camera system.
What are the three working modes for?
Normal (default) lets every port talk to every other port. Secure restricts downlink ports to communicate only with the uplinks, isolating cameras from each other on shared sites. Surveillance extends PoE transmission to 250 m for long runs. You switch modes directly on the unit.
How is it powered and how big is it?
Power comes from an external DC 48/51V adapter with AC 100–240V input; total draw is 65W maximum. The fanless all-metal desktop case measures 171 x 101 x 25.5 mm, weighs 0.29 kg and operates from 0 to 45 degC at 10–90% non-condensing humidity.
Is the SW-2110-LP managed, and is it NDAA compliant?
It is an unmanaged plug-and-play switch — no setup needed. PoE follows IEEE 802.3af/at in Mode B (pins 4/5/7/8), with ports 1–2 holding PoE priority when the 60W budget is tight; the PoE-MAX LED lights above 85% load. NDAA compliance is supported.
