Overview
The ZJIES1000-P-24PGT2GB is an industrial unmanaged 19-inch rack-mount gigabit PoE switch with 24 × 10/100/1000Base-T ports supporting IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ (up to 30W per port) plus 2 × 1000Base-X SFP gigabit uplink slots. It delivers power and data over a single cable to IP cameras, wireless APs, IP phones and other field devices. With DC 48V redundant input, reverse-polarity and overload protection and strong EMC immunity, it provides an integrated power-and-data access solution for demanding industrial sites.

How many IP cameras can the ZJIES1000-P-24PGT2GB power?
All 24 gigabit ports supply PoE per IEEE 802.3af/at. The total budget is about 245W (5.1A at 48VDC), averaging roughly 10W per port with all 24 cameras connected — typical IP cameras draw 4–12W. Up to 8 ports can deliver the full 30W simultaneously for PTZ or heated cameras.
What power supply does this rack PoE switch need?
It runs on DC 48V only, via a 4-pin terminal with dual redundant inputs accepting 36–56 VDC and drawing up to 5.1A. There is no built-in AC input, so plan a 48VDC source in the rack. Reverse-polarity and overload protection are included.
What uplinks does it have for connecting to the NVR room?
Two 1000Base-X SFP slots provide gigabit fiber uplinks alongside the 24 copper PoE ports. Fit SFP modules to run fiber back to the recording room or core switch, keeping camera traffic off long copper runs. Dedicated link and fiber LEDs help during commissioning.
Can the switch handle hot equipment rooms and harsh sites?
