The Uniarch IPC-P413-X20K is a 3MP network PTZ dome camera with a 20X optical zoom lens (5–100 mm, F1.7–F2.8). It supports auto tracking, smart intrusion prevention (cross line, intrusion, enter/leave area detection with false-alarm filtering), people counting, and Smart IR night vision up to 100 m. The head moves on an endless 360° pan and −15° to 90° auto-reversing tilt, with 1024 presets and multiple patrol modes. It is IP66 outdoor-rated and powers over PoE+ (802.3at) or DC 12V.

How far can the IPC-P413-X20K see with the 20X zoom?

At the 100 mm end of the 5–100 mm lens, DORI figures are: detect a person at up to 1551 m, observe at 620 m, recognize at 310 m and identify at 155 m. At the wide end the 51.7° horizontal field covers the whole scene for context.

How good is the night vision on this PTZ camera?

Built-in 850 nm Smart IR reaches up to 100 m, and the IR-cut filter switches to black-and-white automatically. In color the sensor works down to 0.003 lux at F1.7. The 850 nm light is invisible, so the camera does not reveal itself at night.

Does it track people automatically?

Yes. Auto tracking follows moving targets, and smart intrusion prevention adds cross-line, intrusion, enter-area and leave-area detection with false-alarm filtering. It also supports people flow counting, crowd density monitoring, and object-removed / object-left-behind detection for busier commercial sites.

Will it work with my existing NVR or VMS?

It integrates over ONVIF Profile S, Profile G and Profile T, plus API and SDK. Video is H.265, H.264 or MJPEG in triple streams — main stream 3 MP (2304×1296) at up to 30 fps — with RTSP, HTTP/HTTPS and the usual IP protocol stack.

How do I power it, and can it stay outdoors?

It runs on PoE+, so a single network cable to the pole or wall bracket carries both power and data. The IP66-rated housing handles rain and dust, while 120 dB WDR plus digital defog keep gate and headlight scenes readable in harsh light.

Can it record without an NVR?

Yes — edge storage on a MicroSD card up to 512 GB, plus ANR: if the network drops, footage stays on the card and is re-synced to network storage once the link returns. Bit rate is adjustable from 128 Kbps to 16 Mbps to match your bandwidth.
