The IPC6624SFW-X25-C-VH2 is a 4MP Starlight dual-light PTZ dome camera with a 25× optical zoom lens (4.8-120 mm, 8× digital zoom) and 120 dB WDR for high-contrast scenes. UNV LM-Auto Tracking uses UNV's large-model AI to identify and continuously track motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians through occlusion, multi-target crossing or high-speed motion, while Smart Intrusion Prevention (SIP) classifies and raises alarms on the same target types. - Network interface is 1× RJ45 10 M/100 M Base-TX (not Gigabit) — plan bandwidth carefully if the 4MP@60fps main stream runs alongside multiple sub-streams.
- 5.2 kg, Ø226 mm × 390 mm PT housing: needs the matching pole/wall/ceiling brackets and a rigid mounting point — not a light bullet-camera arm.
- There is no fixed wide-angle channel — field of view narrows to about 3° at full 25× telephoto, so continuous wide-area coverage still needs a second fixed camera.

What does dual-light mean on the IPC6624SFW-X25-C-VH2?
It combines two illuminators: 200 m infrared for long-distance night detail once light drops too low for color, and 100 m warm white light that keeps faces, plates and clothing colors visible at mid range. Adaptive HLC works alongside so oncoming headlights do not wash out the scene.
What resolution and frame rate does it record?
The main stream reaches 4 MP (2688 × 1520) at 60 fps, with 25 fps as default, across five simultaneous streams — for example 2688 × 1520@60 plus 1080p@60 plus D1 sub-streams. Bit rate is adjustable from 128 Kbps to 16 Mbps using Ultra 265, H.265, H.264 or MJPEG.
Does it integrate with third-party recorders over ONVIF?
Yes. ONVIF Profile S, G, T and M are supported along with RTSP, SNMP, 802.1x and QoS, so it fits into third-party NVR/VMS systems and corporate networks. Uniview EZStation, UNV-Link and UNV-Link Pro are available for the software side, plus API/SDK for integrators.
How many presets and patrols can I program?
You get 1024 presets, 16 preset patrols with up to 64 presets each, and stay times from 15 to 1800 seconds per point, with preset image freeze and home position. Pan is 360° endless at up to 288°/s, tilt -15° to 90° with auto flip — enough to script a full site tour.
Can it store video on the camera itself?
Yes, edge storage on microSD cards up to 512 GB plus NAS (NFS) network storage. Local recording keeps critical footage on the camera when the link to the NVR drops, which matters on remote poles served by wireless or long cable runs. Up to 32 users on three levels can retrieve it.
Is the housing vandal-resistant and weatherproof?
The camera is rated IP67 against dust and water immersion and IK10 against impact, so it tolerates storms, dust and tampering attempts on public streets. Imaging support includes 120 dB WDR and a 1 to 1/100000 s shutter, keeping fast vehicles and high-contrast gate scenes sharp.
