IPC6628SFW-X25E-C-VH2
One 25× PTZ dome that reads a scene at long range and stays useful after dark: UNV Large Model auto tracking locks onto people and vehicles through occlusion and fast motion, while dual-light illumination pairs 200 m infrared with 100 m warm light for full-color detail.

The IPC6628SFW-X25E-C-VH2 is an 8MP X25 starlight dual-light intelligent network PTZ camera built around a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with 25× optical zoom (6-150 mm) and 120 dB true WDR for high-contrast scenes. UNV Large Model auto tracking accurately identifies and continuously follows motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians even through occlusion, multi-target crossing or high-speed motion, backed by smart intrusion prevention, people counting and front-end face recognition with up to 16 libraries and 100,000 faces. Dual-light illumination balances 200 m infrared for long-range detail with 100 m warm light for mid-range full-color imaging, and the IP67 / IK10 housing runs from -40 °C to 70 °C.
Is this the right camera for you?
Plain-language guide for buyers and installers — based only on what this camera actually does.
- Min. illumination is marked "TBD" in the official datasheet — if a formal RFP needs a confirmed low-light lux figure, request lab-verified data from your supplier before ordering.
- This is a single-lens 25× PTZ, not a panoramic unit — it has no simultaneous 360° overview channel; pair it with a separate panoramic camera if full-scene coverage is required.
- Network interface is 1 × RJ45 10 M/100 M Base-TX, not Gigabit — plan bandwidth for the five simultaneous streams (up to 8 MP main stream) accordingly.
- 5.48 kg on a Ø226.7 mm × 390.2 mm dome housing: use one of the listed Uniview dome brackets rated for this weight — it is not designed for a lightweight camera arm.
Worried about counterfeits? Order under your own company name.
For corporate buyers: we support submitting the purchase order to Uniview under your company's real name — your company appears on the official order, so the origin of the goods can be verified directly with the manufacturer. Just provide your company name and pay by corporate bank transfer. Models carrying the anti-counterfeit label can also be self-verified on Uniview's official Anti-Counterfeiting Query page — enter the unit's SN plus the scratch-off code.

Key Features
Complete list from the official datasheet.
Dual-Light Illumination: 200 m IR + 100 m Warm Light
Two independent light sources on one camera, controlled automatically or manually.
200 m (656.2 ft.) infrared reach
Long-range monochrome detail after dark, with auto/manual IR on-off control.
100 m (328.1 ft.) warm light reach
Mid-to-short-range full-color imaging — keeps face and plate colors readable up close.
How far can it see? (DORI)
DORI (EN 62676-4) is the industry standard for what a camera can do at distance. Values shown are at full 25× telephoto, per the official datasheet's DORI range.
How wide a view at each distance
Scene width covered at typical mounting distances — the number you need to work out how many cameras a wall, yard or aisle takes.
| Distance | 56.5° wide | 2.9° tele |
|---|---|---|
| 5 m16 ft | 5.4 m17.6 ft | 0.3 m0.8 ft |
| 10 m33 ft | 10.7 m35.3 ft | 0.5 m1.7 ft |

| 20 m66 ft | 21.5 m70.5 ft | 1.0 m3.4 ft |
| 30 m98 ft | 32.2 m106 ft | 1.5 m5.0 ft |
Calculated from the horizontal field of view in the specifications below: width = 2 × distance × tan(FOV ÷ 2). Lens distortion and mounting angle are not included.
