The Uniview TIC7626EL-GAF75-4X56-VH1 is a motorized pan-tilt positioning camera that pairs a 75 mm-class thermal channel with a 56X optical zoom (6–336 mm) visible channel and an 800 m vari-focal laser illuminator under one IP address. Pan rotates a full 360° endlessly and tilt covers -90° to 45°, with 1,024 presets, 16 patrol routes and auto-tracking, so the system can scan a wide perimeter and then zoom straight in on anything it flags. Its thermal channel alone is rated to trigger a fire alarm out to 4,500 m and to detect vehicles and people at 1,500 m and 750 m respectively, making this a long-range positioning system built for wide-area perimeter, critical-site and wildfire-watch surveillance rather than a fixed-position camera.
Is this the right camera for you?
Plain-language guide for buyers and installers — based only on what this camera actually does.
- PoE single-cable power — this unit runs on DC 48 V/24 V or AC 24 V wiring with cold-pressed terminals, up to 135 W, not 802.3af/at PoE
- A compact or discreet form factor — this is an 18 kg motorized turret built for pole/wall mounting, not a small bullet or dome
- Wi-Fi connectivity — wired RJ45 Ethernet plus an optional SFP fiber port only
- A constant wide field of view — at full 56X zoom the optical channel narrows to roughly 1.6°–1.9°; pair it with the thermal wide channel or a fixed-lens camera for permanent wide coverage
Worried about counterfeits? Order under your own company name.
For corporate buyers: we support submitting the purchase order to Uniview under your company's real name — your company appears on the official order, so the origin of the goods can be verified directly with the manufacturer. Just provide your company name and pay by corporate bank transfer. Models carrying the anti-counterfeit label can also be self-verified on Uniview's official Anti-Counterfeiting Query page — enter the unit's SN plus the scratch-off code.
Using your own freight forwarder? No problem.
For small and mid-size orders, we deliver directly to your designated forwarder's warehouse in China (EXW / FOB Guangzhou). From hand-over onward, international shipping and destination-side arrangements are handled by your forwarder — the way you already work.
Key Features
Complete list from the official datasheet.
Two channels, one system
The thermal and optical channels stream simultaneously under a single IP address and can link to each other (e.g. thermal fire alert → optical zoom-in).
56X optical zoom with an 800 m laser illuminator
4 MP 1/1.8" CMOS sensor, 6–336 mm (56X) zoom lens, F1.2–F4.6 iris, ColorHunter low-light color and gyroscope-stabilized image, plus a vari-focal laser illuminator reaching 800 m that scales automatically with the zoom position.
Passive thermal imaging that sees through fog, smoke and total darkness
75 mm-class lens, 640×512 vanadium-oxide uncooled sensor, NETD ≤40 mk. On its own it detects vehicles to 1,500 m, people to 750 m, and can trigger a fire alarm out to 4,500 m — with zero reliance on visible light.
How far can the 56X zoom see? (Optical DORI)
DORI (EN 62676-4) is the industry standard for what a camera can do at distance. Because this channel has a 56X zoom (6–336 mm) instead of a fixed lens, every DORI tier is shown at both ends of the zoom range.
| DORI tier | Wide end (6 mm) | Full 56X zoom (336 mm) |
|---|---|---|
| Detect | 155.5 m (510.1 ft.) | 4,829.4 m (15,844.5 ft.) |
| Observe | 62.2 m (204.0 ft.) | 1,931.8 m (6,337.8 ft.) |
| Recognize | 31.1 m (102.0 ft.) | 965.9 m (3,168.9 ft.) |
| Identify | 15.5 m (51.0 ft.) | 482.9 m (1,584.4 ft.) |
Figures are the manufacturer's official DORI distances for the optical channel at the wide (6 mm) and full-telephoto 56X (336 mm) ends of its zoom range.
How far can the thermal channel see?
The datasheet gives thermal range two different ways: a theoretical Johnson's Criteria table, and separate practical distances at which the onboard AI reliably auto-triggers an alarm.
| Johnson's Criteria tier | Vehicle (4.0×1.4 m) | Human (1.8×0.5 m) |
|---|---|---|
| Detection (≥1.5 px) | 8,385 m | 3,248 m |
| Recognition (≥6 px) | 2,096 m | 812 m |
| Identification (≥12 px) | 1,398 m | 541 m |
Per the datasheet's own DRI Description: Detection = object covered by ≥1.5 pixels; Recognition = object classifiable (animal/human/vehicle) at ≥6 pixels; Identification = object describable in detail at ≥12 pixels — theoretical optical limits, not AI-triggered alarm distances.
These three figures are the datasheet's separate "smart detection distance" specs — the practical range at which onboard thermal analytics auto-classify and alarm on a target, distinct from the theoretical Johnson's Criteria table above.

How wide a view at each distance
Scene width covered at typical mounting distances — the number you need to work out how many cameras a wall, yard or aisle takes.
