The Uniarch S3-P-ECO Series is a PoE network video recorder offered in two sizes: NVR-104S3-P4-ECO (4-ch, 4 built-in PoE ports) and NVR-108S3-P8-ECO (8-ch, 8 built-in PoE ports). Both record cameras up to 6MP with Ultra 265 / H.265 / H.264 compression, output simultaneously over HDMI and VGA, and accept third-party cameras via ONVIF (Profile S, G, T). One SATA bay takes a hard disk up to 6 TB; the local interface is available in 21 languages including Spanish (Latin America), Portuguese (Brazil) and French.

How much PoE power do the ECO models provide?

The 104S3-P4-ECO has 4 independent PoE ports with a 30W total budget (about 7.5W average per camera); the 108S3-P8-ECO has 8 ports with 45W total (about 5.6W average). A single port can still deliver up to 30W (IEEE 802.3af/at). Size the load to typical fixed cameras.

What resolution and how many channels does it record?

The 104S3-P4-ECO records 4 IP cameras and the 108S3-P8-ECO records 8, at up to 6MP per channel. Incoming bandwidth is 64 Mbps. Concurrent playback covers 8 channels on the 4-channel model and 16 on the 8-channel model, with synchronous local playback of 4 or 8 channels.

What hard drive can I put in and how long will it last me?

One SATA bay accepts a surveillance hard drive up to 6 TB (maximum capacity varies with ambient temperature). Ultra 265 compression cuts recording size dramatically versus H.264, so the same 6 TB disk keeps footage for weeks longer than an H.264 recorder would.

What alarms and detections does it support?

General alarms include motion detection, human body detection, audio detection, video loss and auto tracking, plus camera-side SIP rules (intrusion, cross line, enter/leave area) and Ultra Motion Detection on up to 4 channels. System alerts cover IP conflict, network disconnect, disk offline or abnormal, and illegal access.

Can I connect two monitors?

Yes — 1 HDMI and 1 VGA output work simultaneously, both up to 1920×1080 at 60 Hz, plus a 1-channel 3.5mm audio output. The 108S3-P8-ECO shows up to 9 windows in live view, with corridor mode layouts for vertical scenes such as aisles and corridors.

How do remote users connect?

Via P2P, DDNS, HTTP/HTTPS or RTSP — up to 128 remote users, with 32 local user accounts and 48 Mbps of outgoing bandwidth. Browser access works with Chrome 45+, Edge 79+, Firefox 52+ and IE10/11 via plugin, so a distributor can support clients from any office PC.
