Pricing an ICT Tender? Send Us the Schedule of Requirements.
For contractors and bidders preparing government or corporate ICT tenders: we price the ICT lot — CCTV, NVRs and storage, network and PoE switches, displays, cabling — and flag the line items that will cause trouble before you submit.
Any format: the tender's Excel schedule (we keep your line numbers), a PDF BOQ, or photos of the printed pages.
What You Get, and When
Framework Agreements and Unit-Rate Schedules
Many government ICT tenders are framework agreements: hundreds or even a thousand lines, quantity 1 on every line, and a unit price — EXW or delivered — per item. The work is the number of lines, not the volume of goods. We return the schedule in your original Excel layout with the line numbers unchanged: a unit price on every line we can supply, and every other line marked “not quoted”, so you can source it elsewhere without re-typing anything.
Why Big-Brand Prices Differ Between Suppliers at Bid Stage
Major Chinese CCTV brands — Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview — run project registration for large tenders. Once a dealer registers a project, the factory protects that dealer's price and quotes everyone else higher. Factories can usually recognise a project from its equipment list.
So at bid stage nobody can honestly promise you the lowest final price on a registered brand. What we can do:
- Give tentative prices for registered-brand items so your budget is realistic.
- Offer specification-compliant alternatives, labelled with their real brand and model, where the tender allows equivalents.
- Supply our own-brand and OEM lines — PoE switches, network and industrial switches, CCTV — which are not limited by brand registration and can carry your company's brand.
Tender Lists That Mix Brands
Many schedules are copied from older tenders and mix Hikvision and Dahua model numbers in one list. We read each line for what the buyer actually needs — resolution, lens, IR range, PoE class, storage, port count — and propose a model that meets it, so the evaluation committee sees specification compliance instead of a brand mismatch. Every alternative is stated with its real brand and model.
What We Can Price in an ICT Lot
Items in our online catalogue are priced directly. Anything outside it is sourced per project and marked as such in the quotation.
Meet Us in Tanzania
Our Chinese team in Dar es Salaam can meet bidders in person to go through the schedule, the site and the delivery plan. For large tenders we recommend it: a one-hour meeting saves days of back-and-forth.
Questions Bidders Ask
Can you price the whole schedule of requirements?
Yes. Send the complete file. Catalogue items are priced directly; items we source per project are marked; anything we cannot supply competitively is flagged rather than padded.
Is the price binding?
Budgetary prices are for your bid budget. Firm prices, valid for a stated period, follow manufacturer confirmation. Final prices for registered brands depend on project registration.
Can the equipment carry our company's brand?
For our own-brand and OEM lines — PoE switches, network and industrial switches, CCTV — yes: neutral casing with your logo once volume allows.
How is delivery arranged?
We quote EXW or FOB, delivered to your forwarder's warehouse in China; each is priced separately. In Tanzania our Dar es Salaam team can coordinate with you.
Do you price printer spares, fire alarm or public-address lines?
No. We price network, surveillance and display items. Lines outside that scope are marked “not quoted” rather than priced through a third party we cannot stand behind.
