The IPC6622SR-X33-VD2 is a 2MP PTZ dome camera built around a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor with 33× optical zoom (4.5-148.5 mm) plus 8× digital zoom, 120 dB true WDR and ColorHunter low-light imaging with Wise-ISP. UNV LM-Auto Tracking (UNV Large Model) identifies and continuously tracks motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians through occlusion, multi-target crossing or high-speed motion, backed by smart intrusion prevention (cross line / enter area / leave area / intrusion) with classification-based false-alarm filtering, and people-flow counting with crowd-density monitoring. What targets can the IPC6622SR-X33-VD2 track automatically?

The UNV Large Model locks onto vehicles, two-wheelers and pedestrians, and keeps tracking through occlusion, multi-target crossing and high-speed motion with real-time adaptive bounding boxes. That means one operator-free PTZ can follow a motorbike weaving through traffic or a person cutting across a yard at night.

How does it handle headlights and total darkness at night?

Smart infrared reaches 200 m and adjusts image settings automatically for natural night images, while adaptive HLC suppresses oncoming headlights so plates and drivers are not lost in glare. In low ambient light, ColorHunter with Wise-ISP holds full color down to 0.001 lux (F1.5, AGC on).

What area can one camera cover with the 33x zoom and PTZ?

Pan is 360° endless at 0.1–288°/s and tilt runs -15° to 90° with auto flip, so the camera sweeps a full circle around its pole. The 4.5–148.5 mm lens goes from a 58.94° wide view of the whole scene down to a 2.85° telescope on a distant gate or fence corner.

Is it tough enough for outdoor city installations?

The camera carries IP67 dust/water protection and an IK10 vandal-resistant rating, and operates from -40 to 70 °C — suitable for exposed poles in tropical rain, harmattan dust or desert heat. Digital defog, heatwave reduction and DIS stabilization keep the long-zoom image steady in wind and haze.

What video streams does it deliver for recording and live view?

Five simultaneous streams: main stream up to 1080p at 60 fps (25 fps default), with a recommended split of 1080p@60 + 1080p@60 + three D1@60 for recorder, video wall and mobile clients. Bit rate is adjustable from 128 Kbps to 16 Mbps in Ultra 265, H.265, H.264 or MJPEG.

Does it support audio for talk-down to intruders?

Yes. Two-way audio is supported with one audio input (1 kΩ impedance, 2.5 V p-p) and one output (600 Ω, 2.5 V p-p), plus G.711U/G.711A compression at 8 or 16 kHz sampling. Connect a microphone and an amplified speaker and the control room can challenge intruders in real time.
