The IPC6828EL-X42-W-VH1 is an 8MP (3840×2160) PTZ dome camera with a 42× optical zoom lens (6.0-252mm, 16× digital zoom) and LightHunter low-light imaging (0.0005 Lux color, 0 Lux with IR). Auto tracking classifies and follows human, non-motor and motor-vehicle targets; smart intrusion prevention covers cross-line, intrusion, area-enter and area-leave detection with false-alarm classification filtering, and people-flow counting with crowd-density monitoring runs alongside. Pan is continuous 360° endless rotation, tilt runs -15° to 90° with auto flip, and the unit stores 1024 presets with 16 preset/route/recorded patrols. IR illumination reaches 500 m at 850 nm, gyroscope stabilization (EIS) steadies the image, and a wiper plus heater support the IP67 housing across a -40 °C to 70 °C working range.

- 6.9 kg, Ø226.7 mm × 440.3 mm: this is a full-size PTZ dome, not a light mini-PTZ — plan a mounting bracket and pole rated for the weight (bracket options listed below).
- The datasheet lists IR illumination only (850 nm, 500 m) — no separate laser or warm-light distance figure is given, despite the product name. If a confirmed laser-illuminator distance is required for your spec sheet, check with us before quoting.
