The Uniarch Uho-D1R-M2F3-A is a 2MP Wi-Fi dome camera built for sites where running a network cable isn't practical. It powers from a standard DC12V adapter and connects over built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi — no PoE switch or NVR cabling required, just a power outlet nearby. It combines ultra motion detection (human/vehicle aware), Smart IR night vision up to 30m, a built-in mic, and an IK10 vandal-resistant, IP67 metal-and-plastic body rated for −30°C to 60°C. The fixed 2.8mm lens gives a wide 103° field of view.

What does the IK10 rating mean in practice?

IK10 is the highest common impact-resistance rating for camera housings — the dome shrugs off knocks and deliberate tampering. Combine that with the tampering alarm, which fires when someone covers or blocks the lens, and it suits stairwells, kiosks, shop floors and public passages.

Do I need PoE or network cabling for this dome?

No. It connects over Wi-Fi and powers from a nearby outlet, so there is no PoE switch and no LAN run to plan. The housing is rated IP67 as well as IK10, so it works outdoors under rain and dust, not just in corridors.

How far does the night vision reach?

Smart IR covers up to 30 m (98 ft) at 850 nm — invisible light, so the dome watches without giving itself away. Minimum illumination is 0.01 lux in color and 0 lux with IR on, with automatic IR-cut switching between day and night.

Does it capture audio?

Yes, through a built-in microphone recording in G.711U/A at 64 Kbps with suppression — but note this model is listen-only, with no two-way talk. High-Decibel detection adds an alert channel for loud events such as shouting, alarms or breaking glass.

What coverage and recording specs does it have?

The fixed 2.8 mm lens sees 103° horizontally with DORI detection at 46.7 m and identification at 4.7 m. Ultra motion detection classifies people and vehicles to cut false alarms. The main stream is 1080p at up to 25 fps, Ultra 265/H.265/H.264 at 128–2048 Kbps, stored on MicroSD.
