The RLG family is one panel platform in three mechanical formats: the T series stands on the floor in landscape, the B series hangs on the wall, and the L series is the upright portrait line (43″ wall-mount, 49–65″ floor-standing totems behind 4 mm tempered glass). All fourteen models share the same display core — 1920×1080 (or 1080×1920 portrait) DLED panel, 300 cd/m², 1400:1 contrast, 178° viewing, 60,000-hour life — and the same player options: an Android board (1+8 GB) or an X86 i5-4200 (4+128 GB) for Windows-based software, both upgradable. Content runs full-screen or in split-screen zones mixing video, images, PDF and tickers; power-on/off and playlists are scheduled remotely, so a hundred screens across branches stay current without anyone walking around with a USB stick. Touch is optional: IR or capacitive, 10-point.

Engineering note: Before ordering, tell us three things: content orientation (portrait or landscape), whether you need touch, and whose software will run on the unit. Touch overlays and the X86/Windows option change both lead time and the right hardware spec — settling this first avoids re-ordering.

Indoor Digital Signage FAQ — RLG Series 32–65″

What is the difference between the -A and -W versions?

The model suffix sets the built-in player: -A is an Android board with 1 GB RAM + 8 GB storage, -W is an X86 board with an i5-4200, 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage — for example RLG-550T-AH versus the X86 build. Both platforms are optional and upgradable at order time.

Which mounting formats can I order?

Three series cover 14 models: T is floor-standing landscape, B is wall-mount landscape and L is a portrait totem — the 43″ totem runs 1080×1920 at 9:16 for menu boards and queue screens. Sizes go from 32″ to 65″, with silver or black aluminium-and-sheet-metal housings.

Does it support touch for self-service kiosks?

Touch is a factory option: choose none, infrared or capacitive, both touch types with 10-point multi-touch. Combined with the X86 i5 player it works as a self-service kiosk in banking halls, hospitals and government service centers — the target venues listed for this series.

Is 300 cd/m² enough, or do I need an outdoor unit?

300 cd/m² with 1400:1 contrast and 178° viewing is specified for indoor halls — retail, banking, healthcare and government lobbies. If the screen faces direct sun through glass or stands outside, use our outdoor signage line at 1,000–2,500 cd/m² instead; this RLG series is indoor-only.

How long do the panels last in daily commercial use?

Panel life is rated at 60,000 hours on the DLED-backlit 1920×1080 screens. At 12 hours of playback a day that is over 13 years of service, so the display typically outlives the store fit-out. Resolution, brightness and viewing angle stay identical across the 14 models.
