LCD Video Wall · RLCD 46–65″

The pragmatic video wall: LED-backlit LCD units that splice into any M×N layout, with bezel gaps down to 0.88 mm and panels rated for 60,000 hours. Most monitoring rooms need exactly this — not more.

CHOOSE YOUR SIZE — FOUR MODELS ON THIS PAGE
Each size ships in several splice-gap and brightness variants (see the table). The 0.88 mm gap exists on 46″ and 55″ only; the 65″ is 3.5 mm but brings native 4K. Selecting a model updates the spec tables and the WhatsApp message.

Sample quantities are welcome — testing one or two units first is the normal way to start.

Four panel sizes cover the RLCD line: 46″, 49″ and 55″ at 1920×1080, and a 65″ unit at native 3840×2160. Each size comes in several brightness and splice-gap variants — from the 0.88 mm gap on 46″/55″ that reads as an almost continuous surface, to economical 3.5 mm builds. Walls assemble in any M×N matrix, landscape or portrait, including mixed-size and shaped layouts; AutoID assigns unit addresses over the loop so commissioning a large wall does not become an afternoon of DIP switches. Inputs are the full legacy-friendly set (DVI/HDMI/VGA/CVBS/RS232, with SDI/DP/USB optional); note the 65″ unit carries its own I/O set as listed. 3D noise reduction cleans interlaced camera feeds, and 178° viewing keeps color stable across a wide operator desk.

Is this the right display for your project?

Plain-language guide — based only on what this product actually does.

Monitoring & dispatch roomsDozens of camera feeds, 24/7, on a defensible budget. 3D noise reduction and legacy CVBS/DVI inputs handle mixed old-and-new camera estates without extra converters.
Meeting & training roomsA 2×2 of 55″ units gives a 110″-class surface at a fraction of LED cost; add the IR touch option and it doubles as an interactive board.
Retail & exhibition wallsPortrait strips, mixed-size and shaped layouts are supported — content walls behind reception desks and along corridors without custom engineering.
Not the right pick if you need…
  • A truly seamless image — even 0.88 mm bezels remain visible up close; fine-pitch LED is the zero-bezel option
  • Outdoor or window-facing daylight positions — these are indoor panels; see the outdoor LED and outdoor signage pages
  • A single standalone screen with built-in player — the Indoor Digital Signage series is the all-in-one answer

LCD Video Wall FAQ — RLCD 46″/49″/55″/65″

How do the panels splice together, and how visible is the seam?
Units tile in any M×N layout — 2×2, 3×3, 4×6 and so on. The bezel-to-bezel gap is a factory choice of 0.88 mm, 1.7 mm or 3.5 mm on the 46″ unit; 0.88 mm reads as a thin dark line at normal monitoring distance. Unit dimensions shift slightly with each gap option.
What signal inputs does each unit accept?
Standard inputs are DVI, HDMI, VGA, CVBS and RS232, with SDI, DP and USB as options; outputs are CVBS and RS232, with DVI/HDMI loop options. A 4K input option adds DVI/HDMI/DP/VGA/CVBS/USB/RS232, and a uniform-splicing option provides DP output for daisy-chained walls.
Which brightness should I choose for my room?
The 46″ unit ships in 450, 500 or 700 cd/m² variants, and the range runs to 800 cd/m² across the series. 450–500 cd/m² suits dim monitoring rooms; take 700+ for bright retail floors or lobbies with daylight. Contrast is 3000:1–4000:1 depending on the variant, viewing angle 178°.
What is the power draw and weight per unit when planning a big wall?
Each 46″ unit draws 145 W or 195 W maximum depending on the variant and weighs 24 ±1 kg. A 3×3 wall therefore needs roughly 1.3–1.8 kW of AC capacity at 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, plus a structure rated for about 216 kg. Operating range is 0–50 °C at 10–90% humidity.
Is there a 4K unit and a touch option?
Yes on both counts: the 65″ unit supports 4K, and an infrared touch interactive system is available as an option for presentation walls. All sizes use LED-backlit panels rated 60,000 hours with 16.7M colors, 60 Hz refresh and 8 ms response, in 46″, 49″, 55″ and 65″.
