The REALLY COB series covers three pitches — RLED-P0.9 (0.9375 mm), RLED-P1.2 (1.25 mm) and RLED-P1.5 (1.5625 mm) — on the same 600×337.5 mm die-cast cabinet, four modules per cabinet, seams held to 0.05 mm. Because the chips are bonded directly to the board and sealed (COB 3-in-1, with flip-chip as the upgraded process), the surface resists impact, dust, moisture and static, and dead-pixel rates stay far below exposed-lamp SMD walls over years of service. Image quality is the other half of the story: ≥8000:1 contrast, 16-bit grayscale, 50–1500 cd/m² stepless brightness and per-pixel brightness/color calibration with the data stored on each module, so modules can be swapped without re-calibrating the wall. 16:9-friendly cabinet geometry builds clean 2K, 4K and 8K canvases.

What makes COB different from a normal SMD LED wall?

This series uses COB 3-in-1 encapsulation: the LEDs are sealed onto the module instead of being individually surface-mounted, which is why the wall reaches ≥8000:1 contrast, 16-bit grayscale and ≤0.05 mm module seams. Calibration data for every pixel is stored on the module itself.

What pixel pitch does it have and where is it meant to be used?

The documented build is 0.9375 mm pitch: each 300×168.75 mm module packs 320×180 pixels, and a 600×337.5 mm cabinet carries 640×360 pixels. This is a fine-pitch indoor wall for monitoring centers, meeting rooms and showrooms where viewers stand close to the screen.

How do the cabinets assemble into a wall?

Each die-cast aluminium cabinet measures 600×337.5 mm, weighs 4.2 kg and holds 2×2 modules, so the finished wall stays around 35 kg/m². Module seams are ≤0.05 mm and color uniformity is held within 0.003 Cx,Cy, so joints stay invisible after per-pixel brightness and color calibration.

How much power does it draw per square meter?

Peak power is 490 W/m² and average power is 160 W/m², so a 10 m² wall averages about 1.6 kW in normal use. The supply accepts 110–240 V AC at 50–60 Hz with a dual-output PSU per cabinet. Note peak power can vary ±10% between LED chip batches.

Can I adjust the brightness for a dark control room?

Yes. Brightness is stepless across 50–600 cd/m² and 600–1500 cd/m² ranges, so you can dim it for 24-hour operators without losing grayscale — the driver keeps 16-bit depth at a 3840 Hz refresh rate. Color temperature is also adjustable from 1000 K to 12000 K.

Will it survive a hot, dusty equipment room?

The wall is rated for −20 °C to +45 °C and 10–90% relative humidity, so warm African and Latin American equipment rooms are within spec. The COB-sealed pixel surface and die-cast aluminium cabinets are the ruggedness features listed for this indoor series.
