The H series covers three wired PoE cameras built on the same H4P mainboard: the 9632 turret and the 9836 and 9936 bullets. A 1/3″ CMOS delivers a 5 MP (2880×1620) main stream at 30 fps with dual-stream output and H.264/H.265/H.265+ encoding. Night imaging offers black-light full color, smart dual-light and IR modes, with smart light control that keeps faces from overexposing. The on-chip 1T NPU runs the AI models locally: human and vehicle detection extend into e-fence, tripwire (A→B, B→A, A↔B), absence detection and people counting with daily statistics on the OSD. Alarms can play custom-recorded or text-to-speech voice, drive an IO output such as a red-blue strobe, and link an NVR for full-screen pop-up, AI recording and push. Access is standard: ONVIF, private protocol and CGI, plus GB28181, with a built-in WEB 2.0 interface for Edge, Chrome, Safari and Firefox and EasyVMS as the PC client. Power is DC 12 V or PoE with 1236/4578 auto-sensing; the boards run from −30 °C to +60 °C, and the finished housings are IP67-rated for outdoor duty. For projects needing 4K detail, the 9836 can be built on the 8 MP H8P board (1/2.5″ CMOS, 3840×2160 @30 fps).

What is the difference between the 9632, 9836 and 9936?

They share the same H4P AI platform — 1T NPU, 5MP (2880x1620) at 30 fps, same network, audio and power specs. The 9632 is a turret housing; the 9836 and 9936 are bullets. The 9836 can also be ordered with the 8MP H8P board: a 1/2.5-inch sensor doing 4K (3840x2160) at 30 fps.

Do they work with third-party NVRs — ONVIF, GB28181?

Yes. Access is via ONVIF, private protocol or CGI, and the protocol stack also covers GB28181, RTSP, P2P, HTTP and NTP. Management options include NVR central management, the EasyVMS PC client and a built-in WEB 2.0 interface for Edge, Chrome, Safari and Firefox — no IE dependency.

How are they powered — PoE or 12 V?

Both: DC 12 V or PoE with 1236/4578 auto-sensing, so the camera adapts to either wiring pattern on the PoE pair. Over PoE a single Ethernet cable carries power and video from the switch. The 10M/100M adaptive RJ-45 port handles the network side, and operation is rated −30 °C to +60 °C.

What AI runs on the camera itself?

The 1T NPU runs the models on-device: human and vehicle detection, e-fence, tripwire in A-to-B, B-to-A or both directions, absence detection, and people counting with daily statistics overlaid on the OSD. Alarms link to custom voice broadcast, an IO output with red-blue light, and NVR-side full screen and voice.

Can they show color at night without blinding people?

Yes — three night schemes: black-light full color, smart dual-light and IR, all under smart light control tuned so faces are not overexposed. Image tools include auto white balance, DWDR, BLC and adjustable brightness, contrast and hue, and two-way talk stays in sync with the video.
